Freelance facilitator Camilla Gordon takes us on her trip to Calais to run a workshop with the Refugee Youth Service.
Camilla works with groups and teams to help them collaborate better and achieve collective goals. One of the main tools she uses in her sessions is Lego. Camilla will pose questions to the group, and the group will then build answers to the questions using Lego and share them with each other. She explains that this is a great way of encouraging people to think differently in a focused, productive way.
